OUR PRODUCT

PAWE: Proximity Awareness Equipment

Our proximity awareness wristband provides enhanced safety features when supervising children in highly populated areas. Our locking wristband notifies parents when children get lost or wander off and provides parents with the means to find them.

Why this product?

We interviewed twenty parents in highly-populated places, and they agreed that the challenges while responsibly supervising children increase exponentially as more children are added. In amusement parks, aquariums, and even the grocery store, children wander off or get lost and both the child and their parent become distressed. PAWE provides a safety net: if a child wanders off, the parent or supervisor is immediately alerted and is able to find them using our wristband technology.

Mechanical Engineering major in Georgia Tech from Quito-Ecuador. I admire Amazon, Tesla, and SpaceX as a company because of their innovative achievements. My current favorite product is Tesla Cybertruck. I like prototyping out of the box innovative simple products. I like to play soccer and I like to beer. I dislike dishonesty, wasting my time, and mediocracy. I decided to work in this startup because I always wanted to have my own business build from scratch and focus on doing something innovative.

I’m a second-year Computer Science major managing the technical side of Invenovate. I’ve been coding since seventh grade, and am currently studying artificial intelligence and computer theory. I’m passionate about teaching and currently host a semester-long seminar on Penetration Testing for the GreyHat Cybersecurity club. I want to gain experience building a startup, and I think the best way to learn is by doing it yourself.

I am a graduate student from UDLA university in Ecuador currently working in my own startup From - Design & Engineering. I like cars, tattoos, and building materials. I dislike mediocrity, disloyalty, and excuses. I like the Durotaxis Chair design and I admired LEGO, Lamborgini and Zaha Hadid Architects. I decided to join Invenovate because I see the potential worth that this startup has. Yet, the aspect that inspires me the most is the compromise and motivation that the main founders have of making this startup successful.

I am a 4th year mechanical engineering student with an interest in controls and automation. Specifically, I am interested in machine learning and its applications to engineering systems. I admire Elon Musk for his ability to bring crazy ideas to reality and push the boundaries of science. Like Alejandro, I also like soccer, but unlike Alejandro, I am not that good and I also do not like beer. I am helping Alejandro with his startup both as a friend and also for a desire to learn. I will be moving to Natick, MA this summer to work full-time at MathWorks.
